Pricing and tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted when we send an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel orders owing to availability, payment concerns or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.
Delivery
We deliver within the United States. Orders of $80 or more receive complimentary standard shipping; a flat fee applies to smaller orders and is displayed before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
Digital products and gift cards
Software, memberships and gift cards are delivered by email. Once delivered, codes are non-refundable unless defective or as required by law, and are subject to the issuer's terms.

The Elite Order Point name, logo, website design and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without written consent.
